Thierry Valentin

Thierry Valentin was part of the Maintenance Team of the GOCAD Consortium in the 90's where he acted on many fronts, in particular software architecture. In 1998, he joined the T-Surf spin-off company (now merged with Paradigm). He was a helpful, generous and careful colleague and mentor, who taught C++ programing to many former RING / GOCAD students. He died prematurely in July 2017. He is greatly missed as a colleague and as a friend.
