Abstract
During the last gOcad-meeting, a synthesis of the ditferent approaches about reservoir modeling was presented. We focused on the geological information open ta be used in the reservoir modeling and proposed sorne solutions of the main issues in boolean stochastic simulation of fluvial sediments. One of these is time consumming. The subject treated in this paper is to set out the directives we have chosen afterwards and which kind of results we have obtained. Finally, we explain which improvement we can bring concerning these Iirst results. Along this report, we wjJJ call "facies zone" a well part bounded by facies changings as described on ligure 1 or 4. One well may have several facies zones belonging to the same facies.
