Extracting isovalue surfaces from volumes

Abstract

Interpolating physical properties on surfaces or in volumes has become one of the most urgent problem ta solve in the GOCAD software. Once this interpolation is done, anotber problem is ta visualize the result. One way is ta compute and draw isovalue lines or surfaces. Computing isovalue lines is something developped at the very beginning of GOCAD , sa we will focus here on the isovalue surfaces computation.
